Quality is never an accident. We stand behind our work because it’s the result of sincere effort, skillful execution, and high intention. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we will redo the service at no cost.

We never want you to feel that you cannot speak to us freely.  We want you to be happy!  Unfortunately, even with the best intentions, a new look, color, or style may not be what you expected.  It doesn't happen very often at our salon because we communicate expectations to all our clients first. But if you're unhappy, please: let us redo the work!

All refunds or returns will be made in the form of salon credit or check.

Please offer us the consideration of cancelling appointments 24 hours in advance. Reservations that are not cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will be considered a no show and will be subject to full repayment of the cost of the service.
