If you’re not 100% satisfied, we will redo the service at no cost.

All refunds on services will be made in the form of salon credit or check.
All returns on retail merchandise will be in the form of merchandise credit or retail gift card.
Please offer us the consideration of cancelling appointments 24 hours in advance. Reservations that are not cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will be considered a no show and will be subject to full repayment of the cost of the service.
